Buyer and Consignor Portals are 100% optional. ClerkStation Core works without either portal. Add a portal only when you want selected buyers, consignors, or vendors to log in and view permitted information.

Optional Consignor Portal

$2 per consignor per month

Give enabled auction consignors, estate sale consignors, or consignment shop vendors one secure login for permitted items, estimated earnings, settlement status, payouts, and documents. Companies may also allow shop item submissions for staff approval.

Minimum purchase: 5 consignor logins
Must be purchased in increments of 5
Companies can add, change, or cancel slots from ClerkStation Billing
One login can connect to separately enabled company records
Core consignor records and settlements work without this add-on

Optional Bidder / Buyer Portal

$0.10 per buyer per month

Give selected buyers a secure view of permitted live estimated spending, purchased items, invoices, receipts, balances, payments, and documents.

Minimum purchase: 100 buyer logins
Must be purchased in increments of 10
Companies can add, change, or cancel slots from ClerkStation Billing
Access is enabled or disabled for each buyer
Buyer registration, invoices, and checkout work without this add-on
